Sir,
My father and mother going to travel to Kathmandu,Nepal on 16-04-20 to 20-04-20 and i had booked the hotel and cab through Indian Tourist taxi for the trip for that i had paid them advance of Rs 15200.00 but due to covid-19 pandemic all the flights got cancelled and i requested them to cancel my trip also but neither any reply has been received from the company nor they are initiating my refund.
