I had ordered 2 dresses worth ₹998 on 29th September order id #2502. There is no single update on delivery of the items. It has been almost 20 days and they haven’t even replied me despite of writing 2 times on their support email. This is high time now, I need the refund. I would suggest everyone not to go for this site for such a terrible service where you can’t even reach out to them.
