On 13th October 2016 I had booked a gift for my friend for her birthday through online portal namely- indiangiftsportal.com (IGP) which they promised to deliver on 15th October 2016. They didn’t keep their promise and spoiled my day.

It is not about the cost or what the product is, will they give me back that occasion to me..?? I was cheated by this portal.

Today it is 19th October and till today I have been following up to get their updates, every time when I call to their customer support desk ( +91-2243433333) they put me on hold in call for long time and replies that vendor isn’t attending their call.

Finally they sum up saying ,dont worry..your order will be delivered before 7pm today for sure.. Its been few days they have telling the same.
