I had an Indigo flight(Booked 2 months earlier) from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad on 27 jan 2018 at 6:00 am . Today on 26 jan 2018, at 1:15 pm I received a call from the airlines stating that the flight has been cancelled. They have intimated only 20 hrs before the flight that it has been cancelled which is impacting my work. I then called their customer care where they offered me a flight with a 4 hrs stoppage at New Delhi. I requested them for a seat in other flight for which they denied saying that they dont have seat in it . I had my own commitments and I have suffered Financial loss due to this kind of behavior from the airlines and its staff. Even on request they didn’t accommodate me in a suitable flight rather made me wait at the airport. My concern is the loss caused due to Airlines which I want to recover.
