Hello Sir,
I have missed my flight on 5th June 2017 because of Indigo staff. I was travelling from CCU to BLR and reached CCU at 5:00 am in the morning and check-in counter guys were discussing over my luggage. Their staff took long time to confirm that how much weight i can carry. It is not my fault that i was carrying more than 7 kgs before leaving my house i confirmed with their customer care department that how much weight i can carry and they had confirmed me that i can carry fifteen Kgs. I asked them to the audio and CCTV footage but they are not ready to accept it. And at last, they told me that you are late and we have closed check in. And my flight still had 35 mins to take off. Here are the details of my flight: – Indigo 6E-379 from CCU to BLR on 5th June 2017. For the next flight they were charging after adjusting the previous amount. Is this Indigo’s new policy to earn extra money? I want quick action. I have already made a FIR against Indigo in NSCPS at CCU airport and waiting for their reply. Further i have twitted and written few articles and blogs.
So, i am not responsible for their bad images if my article and blogs will be highlighted.
