The cancellation charges for indigo airlines is 3000 ruppes per flight so if I have to cancel round trip flight I pay 6000 ruppes which is as good as buying another set of tickets, when asked for reason of such cancellation price I was told there is no reason it is company policy. This is daylight robbery.
