Hi,
I had a flight with IndiGo airlines this morning on 24th Feb 2018. The departure time was at 06:45 hrs. I had reached on time, at 06:10 I reached the gate, but the airport staff at the gate did not allow me to board the flight. I requested him to let me board the flight as there was half an hour remaining for the departure of the flight, and he pretended to call the captain of the flight and said its not possible now and asked me to pay extra 1000 Rupees to board the next flight. I had to pay Rs.1000 for the next flight and I found there were few more passengers who faced the same problem.
I kindly request you to protect the customers from such harrassment.
