I conceived in 1st ivf cycle but they charged me for 2 cycles giving bullshit that we are are offering 2 cycles in a discount rates.
As day to news we have only idea that it may take 1,2,3 cycles. So we agreed. But they didn’t say that if in 1st cycle you will not get refund of 2nd cycle. They charged me 192000 and gave consent form only to sign , also they should have told us that read 10th point on the consent form about money refund as they informed us for package of 2 cycles. Now they saying that it will not be refunded as you have signed consent form.
92000 is not small amount.
As we were raw patient for trying to conceive through IVF they should have give us full information about each and every thing.
