One of your employee named prabhakaran called me somebody from one of your credit card division and said that they are going upgrade my credit card as chip based hence he as requested few details from me initially I was hesitated to do so but simultaneously I have received Sms from my registered number from ICICI Bank stating for authentication then I have proceeded the same, but till date almost a month haven’t received the new chip based card and also he promised me that he will send a addias set of cloths with shoes which he will redeem from my points. Supringly now I see an odd transaction which he told that will be redeemed from the points. Till date haven’t received addias set either.
