I have given development and club house charges through credit card and cheque of Rs 50000 and they signed KYC document of different plot of 81 number and they show me 60 number plot .But they didn’t allow me to read terms and condition of cancellation of plot booking . I don’t have capacity to take loan because banks are not providing a loan in the land which i shortlisted and given token amount .
They just signed document in very hurry ,so I was not able to read document and when I called them for refund they say all clauses .
I dont want to continue further process because I found that this company has just started on 2011 and land dealing is not very legally sound.
