From my PG in Phase 11 Mohali to the sector 43 bus stop in Chandigarh, I made a cab reservation.
On that day, it rained a lot.
Because there weren’t many cab options on Indrive, I reserved a cab at 127 (the average cost of the ride was 95).
I had to send Indrive my location via WhatsApp because, for some reason, the location he chose was incorrect.
He acted as if I had chosen the incorrect location on purpose. when getting close to the bus stop.
He ACTUALLY LIED to me when he said there were police up ahead and he couldn’t drop me off exactly where I needed to be.
It was impossible to travel on foot because the road was covered in water.
After refusing to deviate from his original request to drop me off at the specified location, he demanded more payment (150 instead of 127) because, according to him, I entered the wrong address and it took him longer to locate my home.
1) I was late throughout the whole process.
2) It was annoying not to be dropped off at the designated spot. Why did I reserve a car if I have to walk through a flooded area? In water, won’t WagonR perish?
3. I was forced to pay more money despite my own fault.
4) The smell in the car and the fact that he lied to me made the situation even worse.

i am a regular user of indrive and Indriver name ALi with white suzuki cultus LEF 14 6604 first did not reach at the address mentioned and later misbehaved on phone ….which is totally unacceptable. Never recommend such rides and sources to anyone
