Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with regard to our order No.1260229. for a Blue Star Freezer, with INDUSTRY BUYING.
The Equipment delivered by Industry Buying is a faulty product and is not functional.

We requested them to replace the equipment in 15 days and we intend to proceed with our legal department to file this matter to the consumer forum.

We have been trying to contact the local dealer as well as Industry Buying office to high-lite this serious issue and no one is bothered to support us.

Kindly support and suggest, at the earliest possible time.
