I was in need of one slow speed water pump. So I booked one Texmo taro Water pump on viewing the product model on Industrybuying online shopping website on 03 Oct 16 telephonically with Mrs H Kaur employee of Industrybuying.

The company supplied me the different product on 11 Oct 2016 which is not the same model which I seen on Industrybuying website and ordered on 03 Oct 2016, I have screen shot of the item I booked and actual item supplied.

Mrs H Kaur also booked my Water pump of high speed pump, inspite of my repeated inquiry about slow speed pump.

I asked the company to accept return of the product which is kept in same packing condition as recewived or replace the pump with one one having slow speed pump.

The company is prolonging my case since 13 Oct 16, the day when reported the matter to them by email.

You are requested to help me in resolving my issue.
