Infibeam.com – Breach of Returnback Policy

I purchased Asus X553MA-BING-SX488B Laptop (Celeron Quad Core (4th Gen) /4 GB DDR3/500 GB/39.62 cm (15.6) /Windows 8.1), black on 19th February 2016 vide Order No : 17922875. I received the same product On 22nd February, 2016 via gati courier. After receiving the same product, opened and operate the same.

While the system is operating, unfortunately it shows the Memory_Management Error and restart. At time of restart, it scan and repair the C Drive i.e. hard disk. It was occur repetitively for 10-12 time. I closed the system and reported to customer care number at infibeam around 7 PM on 22nd February i.e. on the day of delivery and the representative register the complain (No : 210830) and instructed me to repack the item in same box. The will pick up in 24 to 48 Hours as per return back policy.

As per company’s policy, it should be replaced or refunded but till today no update or support from Infibeam.com inspite of my 4-5 mails for the follow up and call to customer care for replacement of product.

The fraudulent transaction as company is committing to breach of his policy.
