INFIBEAM.COM- VIDEOCON D2H RECHARGE

I HAVE LED TO RECHARGE OF MY DTH A/C OF VIDEOCON D2H ON 22-SEP-2013 UNDER ORDER ID-11760541 OF RS.100/- FROM SHOPPING SITE INFIBEAM.COM. THEY DO NOT LED TO RECHARGE OF MY DTH A/C AND NO RESPONSE OF COMPLAINT MAIL WAS GIVEN BY THEM. ON CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY LED TO ME THAT MY PAYMENT IS NOT CONFIRM & LED ME TO WAIT FOR 3 WORKING DAYS. AFTER 3 DAYS THEY LED ME THAT THEY HAVE STOPPED DOING RECHARGES OF VIDEOCON D2H & MY PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED SOON AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN FROM THERE SIDE. DESPITE OF MANY MAILS THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ME ANY REPLY TO IT AND ON 08-OCT-2013 THEY LED TO REPLY ME THAT MY RECHARGE IS SUCCESSFUL & LED TO WITH OPERATOR ID-544225543 & LED ME TO CONTACT VIDEOCON D2H. ON CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE OF VIDEOCON D2H THEY LED TO THAT THIS IS NOT VALID ID AND NO RECHARGE ON MY A/C HAS BEEN DONE FROM PAST 6 MONTHS. NOW AS I HAVE CONTACT THE INFIBEAM.COM THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY PAYMENT & LED TO FRAUD WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH SUCH ACTS OF FAKE RECHARGES, THEY ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE ANY COMPLAINT ID OR NO. FOR THE CONVERSATION.
