I made an order for Hoggin”s Ultra Android iOS compatible Smart watch for Rs.2499/ on 08.01.2020 vide Order no. ID .187423.
The Product was delivered to me on payment of Rs.2499/ on 13.01.2020 .
On opening of the packet, I found that the product was defective and not working at all. It is not the product as was ordered.
On 13.01.2020, I had requested for Return of the defective product and for Refund of the money paid. Return request was accepted vide ID no. 28667.
Again, I made one Return and Refund request on 14.01.2020 and the same was accepted vide ID no. 28668.
Both the return and Refund request shows as Processing but to no response.
I had also sent two complaints to the company but of no response.
