Got a defective smart mobile watch and a wireless headphone. Return is stuck in processing and noway to contact customer support for clarification. Their return policy is also stated quite sheepishly.

The touch screen’s upper portion not working at all apart from wrong product shipped. this is just a smart watch mobile phone without wifi and definitely not Zeblaze Thor5 dual chipset (dual function is missing altogether). First impression had been totally disappointing and wouldn’t recommend anyone. I myself was planning for 3 more items to buy from here but now all depends on this products refund experience.
