I placed an order for a branded smartwatch but I got a non functional chinese watch which does not work and is a fake product and upon searching on internet I found out that this has happened to alot others and these people are fraud, there customer care service does not exist, was able to get some numbers of the related people after I did a thorough research to find out the contact number, upon calling they started asking me my personal account details which I refused to give and then they hurled abuses at me and told me that I am duped and cannot do anything about it. My humble request to my lord ships that I am a 24 year old young professional who earns his hard earned bread and butter, please help me retrieve my money and catching these fraudsters so that the same does not happen with other entities.
