Insaraf Furniture — Broken bed delivered and not repaired

After delayed delivery of my bed, with a broken part, I spoke to Mr Rahul and Mr Deepak about sending a carpenter to repair the broken part on 14th September and 16th September. Photo of the broken bed has been sent to Mr Deepak on whatsapp. I was assured that the carpenter would come in a day or two and repair it along with some other fitments like a kadi and hinges for the bed storage box. As usual, not only has the carpenter not come yet but nobody has bothered to inform me on the matter too. E-mails sent to them are met with an automated response and then nothing happens. My wife and I both hurt ourselves in the leg because of the broken bed part. Despite repeated attempts to contact them through their so-called helpline 080-67414797 and emails has yielded no results. Still waiting for the repair of the bed.
