Out of box product was unusable, one of the leg was very long so stool is of no use . reported the support same day its been 2 months no response

in the month of august they said will get it replaced / repaired after that no response
We have called almost 50 times to insaraf customer care, they said will get it resolved every time we call them however they never came back to us
