I bought your software to type ebooks for ETjobs. after the first two submissions I cannot now type anything as whenever I press the space bar… this alphabet appears… Â. there is no helpline either to look into this. I have absolutely no other means of contacting anyone. please refund the license fee so that I can move on to other things or else rectify the issue. in these trying times, what you all are doing is wrong… you cannot play with people’s hard-earned money just by scamming them. i hope that I am wrong about this and that you rectify this issue.
