After a resignation HR told me that ur salary will be credit in ur accnt after 45days but its almost 52 days cross still I don’t get me salary. When I call HR she gave me another no. to contact mr .Rakesh. Rakesh ask for time of one day. I said its ok . next day I when I call he said that data is showing that ur salary 17000 already credited in our account . and I just have to check the date and will tell u tomorrow. Next day I call him again. And he react like ohhhh sorry yaar I got name confuse between naseem ansari and Azeem ansari bcs Azeem was also calling again and again for his INCENTIVE. I was like what !!? Pl don’t give me silly reason. Bcs Azeem is calling for him a incentive and I am calling u for my salary so how can u misunderstood. When same person once call u for incentive and suddenly he come for salary. ???? I said Its OK let finish this. Then Rakesh said OK call me on Monday. Before that I also called to BHR Komal Singh. She was reacting like so what nothing can be done. ur TL was not gave ur leave card on time that’s why its get late. I said u all just taking another person name . who is responsible for this . she tell this is the policy and procedure. Monday 08 may 17 I had calles rakesh. Literally he shows that I am irritating him. And tell another person who was in the room that see again naseem. I said yes u told me to call on Monday. Rakesh speak yes I just got this much info that ur salary will be credit in ur account on next Tuesday. I was like yaar still u want time . after 45 days. I already wait for 1 week almost and u still want one week more the he said wait a mint and get speak with his couleage and make fun on me like HAHAHAHAA. what the rubish they all TL, BHR and Rakesh. I have to support my family I have to pay my EMI I have to pay others bills how can any one manage this and when a person wait for salary that means he need that salary too much and they are doing there job ike government office. U can understand. How I felt when they laugh and make fun on me. When BHR react like she what can she do. In a very bad behavior or sound.
