One of the worst company as far as sales and customer service is concerned. Because of a friend i invested in ILD and since then i have to do a lot of effort to follow up with them. Customer service team sucks – I have not heard anything from them. They do not even respond to any communication. My emails are not even opened. Most of the time the phone is switched off. If it rings, no one picks up the phone. At least have the courtesy to inform the status of my projects? Alimuddin Rafi Ahmed remember you are because of your customers – learn to respect that. Shame on the sales and service teams. You guys are even worst than Unitech!
