I never placed any order on this company’s website. But suddenly today the ekart courier came and asked me to pay 699 as COD for a parcel containing organic charcoal face mask. I was in a hurry to go to office, so I thought maybe it’s one of my parcel. But later when I saw the ekart message as well as opened the package, I realised I never heard of the company’s name Intragos, let alone place an order. Please let me know how can I get my money back.
