INVO retails Noida
The online advertising offered two taclight travel flashlights for Rs 1099.00 and after receiving the parcel I found that one of the flashlight is defective. It is not operating in all the modes as claimed in the advertisement. There is no mention of contact number on the invoice for returning the defective unit. No web site for lodging the complaint. The invoice number is Retail 972916 dated 10th march 2023
