Ion is a froud internet service provider . Since last 4-5 months i am facing speed issues and various problems but they haven’t solved it yet instead they say that (aap k pass laptop rehega toh bolo aese hum log kuch nhi kar sakte lap top se hey theek hoga ) and various other stupid reason this is what they do after taking whole year money .I have a complete record of my internet speed. And now the situation is they are not even picking up my call and and other numbers they have blocked . I have a record of it . I am a law student and i have a faith in consumer court that’s the reason i am submitting my complaint here .
