Dear Sir,

I reserved my tickets under group booking in Train No. 12733 from Tirupati to Secunderabad on 21.05.2018. Among other seats, Seat No. 56 in Coach No. S12 was reserved in our name. Seat No. 55 in the same coach was allotted to 2 persons. By allotting 2 persons on seat No. 55, I was deprived from taking my seat No. 56. I informed about it to Mr. Moinuddin, Ticket Collector in Coach No. S12. He supported them and argued with me. I asked him the rule under which I cannot take my seat. He wanted me to do anything and inform anybody about it. On mercy, he allowed me to take centre seat and other persons on either side. He further wanted me to take photo and complaint anybody of it.

I raised my complaint with IRCTC and shared my details through Twitter on 22.05.2018 but till date no action taken against Mr. Moinuddin.

I request the concerned authority to look into it and update the status on the action taken.
