Dear Sir my PNR No:6124045434 Date Of Journey 14-10-2013 Train Name PRASANTHI EXP . The Train was cancelled from bhubaneswar to visakhapatnam due to Phylin Cyclone in orissa.

so i file Tdr and select the reason that train was cancelled but TDR team replied this below message .

we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : CSW221013V21337 and the reason being : ‘As per chart, passenger has travelled’
