On 20-12-2016 a ticket was booked to mumbai through irctc by using my debit card and a amount of Rs.1220 have been debited from my bank account no.28600100010767 .Due to some server error the ticket was not booked but the amount was deducted from my account which didnt refund.I have complain to irctc, complain centre and to my bankers several times but no action is taken by the bankers and irctc. So you are requested to look in to the matter and refund my money in my bank account as soon as possible. thanking you
