I have booked my ticket on 12th march,2017 in train no.12565(Bihar S Kranti) in Third AC for the journey date 1.07.2017 from Siwan to New Delhi ,my PNR no. 6162544013 and the total payment made is 4325.00. My ticket was in wait list WL/10, WL /11 ,WL /12 & WL/ NOSB and had also opted Vikalp option but my ticket was not confirm and had auto cancelled through irctc (as per policy) ,I had travel by train through a fresh ticket on 4th of July ,2017 .

I have called many times in IRCTC for my refund against cancellation of my ticket pnr no.6162544013 and they always told me to wait its an auto process and you will receive the fund in 7 working days but in 20 days i have not received the refund . I also written a mail to irctc for that have ticket no.6324488 and still not get my refund . By seeking of my urgent requirement of refund due to shortage of money i also approached in head office of irctc office situated in Barah khamba road, Canout place and have shared my issue with Ms.Mamta sharma in refund section but was not get my refund .On basic of IRCTC refund promise and previous service i had also issue cheque for school fee and school transportation to Ashok memorial public school and 3 cheque were cleared and 1 cheque no.204812 was bounce back on 24.07.2017 due to I/F and my bank was debited Rs.413.00 bouncing charges .My wards school will also penalize for this cheque bouncing as well loss of personal impression .
Due to delay of this refund from IRCTC am facing personal and financial damages .
