We had booked a ticket in 12802/PURSHOTTAM EXP for our return journey from kharagpur station on 04-Dec-2016. Since the train was late by more than 6 hours, we opted for cancellation of ticket. But as the cancellation option was not available on the website on advice of station master we filed a TDR request. The station master agreed that we are eligible for refund, but he was not sure why the cancellation option was not showing on the website. We have also recorded his statement. From 04-Dec-2016 we have not received the refund. Every time I check the TDR history, it shows TDR Status: CR Registered. We are still waiting for the refund.
