Hello sir, i had requested for a broadband service from Iriisnet pvt. Ltd on 2nd june. Complany executive confirmed me for a connection within 2 days, but within 4 days i didnt got any connection. After that i cancelled my application but still i didnt got my refund value of Rs 8500. Can you please help me. I just wants a refund of my value and company is refusing to give me the refund back.
