This is for registering a complaint for pest control services provided by ISS Hicare Pvt.Ltd. I had taken an annual package which started from June 2013 which includes 3 treatment services in gap of 4 months each. First treatment was done on time and everything went on perfect. Second service was due, which i repeatedly kept on calling and getting confirmations on appointments and they never used to turn up. I’m really fed up with the follow ups. I need a refund for the annual package which i paid in advance / Telephone charges for calling and following with them / mental stress due to this issue.
