They harassing by email n text messages… That i have to pay them 6900+3500 charges… Bt working days before they they send me a email of FIR registrred by my name in Gujarat .. now they are sendin soft copies.. they today send me that they will send hard copies to me in 72 hours… Or pay that amount… Plz help me ..

How to file a complaint against J D technology?

* Write J D technology in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from J D technology.
Don’t worry and do not pay anything them. After paying this amount they will say you need to lay more as the agreement was for 11 months etc. So be careful guys they all are fraud, their intent is to cheat us. They might be sent you some soft copies or hard copies, those all would be the part of scam/fraud. Anyone can make these types of fraud docs from google. If you will search there are many samples docs are available on google. They are doing fraud so they will never go to court or police actually. However you guys can report this matter to your local police or file a report online on government portal.
cybercrime.gov.in this is the site where we can report this matter and includes all the information. Also you can find your state cybercrime portal on google including mail contact number. If we all file a report against them then this will be stopped. Here we reporting this matter, nothing would happen so we have to file our reports on government portal.

They make fraud FIR and court documents from google so dont worry. Do not pay anything. If you google it then you will find that there more than 1000 people are stating the same that they are doing fraud scam. Their intent it to cheat us, we can file a compliant against them. However, the fraud company will never go to take a legal action because they are doing fraud. You can file your complaint here.
