I have been working since january 17 in a partnership firm (J. S Jabbal & Co.) and worked upto 14th of june 2017. There was no notice period for resigning, still I gave the notice of 15 days. Till now the employer has not paid my salary for the 14 days work done in june. He refused to pay me the salary on no valid grounds.
please help.
