As per the Jabong Order No 170115406791803 I purchased 2 Trousers & 2 Shirts. But when today while ECOM courier delivered the Courier The courier boy demanded Identity proof when we show him election card he said that election card is not valid he demanded us to produce aadhar card, when we seen him aadhar card he take the picture (Snap) of the aadhar card.

I asked him for why you taking snap of aadhar card. Courier Boy (9860246789) said that our superviser is said us to do so. he given me the supervisers number. When I Asked supervisor (Inamdar) (9823899448) why you are collecting our cards simply see the I-card & give us our delivery. he said me that, our company said us to do so. also he rudly said that if you do not want to give snap shot then you do not purchase product from jabopng.

My question to jabong & ECOM that if any missuse of our identity card then who is resposible for that. is this your company policy, have you any permission from government to collect the identity proof like that.

Please see the matter and provide me the required documents for collecting the identioty proof from public.

also I am publish this issue to social media against you.

I request you to kindly provide me such type of documents.
