I am writing this with regards to my Jabong order ORDER ID 160619600126749 and the product was delivered on 27th June’16.
I recently started using it. In fact the first time I wore these pair of shoes is on 11th Aug’16. After wearing it for 30 mins, the sole was separated from the shoes on both the sides. The leather started peeling off!!

I cannot explain the embarrassment that was caused !

These guys sold me such duplicate quality products! I am cheated by these people. I wanted my money back and asked them to take this horrible stuff.
Nobody responded over mail or phone and I kept writing to them again and again.
I really fail to understand that why these people sell fake products and then deny to take the ownership of it ??

I had bought these Inc5 loafers trusting the brand and trusting Jabong. But to my horror, none of these companies are worth the trust of any customers!!

Even after sending you the pix,they do not understand the embarrassment and disappointment caused to me because of their duplicate product! I have used Inc5 shoes before,so I trusted on the quality. But I had no clue that you also sell duplicate products !!!
Finally, these people called me recently and confirmed me that they’ll not take the ownership of the product and will not refund my money.
