I bought Reebok shoes from Jabong.com, I ordered it on 31st March, received a smaller size on 3rd April and I requsted a replacement but they refused and told me that they will refund it in the form of ‘Jabong Credits’, I agreed to that. They picked it up on 5th April but after that I never heard from them, I called them and I wrote them and everyone refused to help, all tried to confuse and that’s all.
