sir i have ordered 2 dress material(prisha & desi look) from jabong on dated 21-01-2016 order no. 160121568889721. After that i have raised return request on 2-2-2016 return id 26094154 and requested them to refund my amount in my bank account. Till now amount is not reflected in my bank account. i am calling jabong customer care almost every day but not getting money back. jabong have provide me ARN no. (actuall refund no.) . i also asked bankto check where transaction have been stuck. Bank told me they cant do anythink with ARN no.. and told me to ask UTR no. of transaction from bank. I am asking again and again for UTR no. or to return my money but not getting satisfactory response from jabong. I have mailed my account statement to jabong. sir kindly help me out in this issue. i will be highly thankful to you.
