I have purchased cloths from Jabong.com on 27th Oct’2016 vide order no 161027284753157. In which one item was “OFF WHITE PRINTED KURTA PANT SET”. Item was delivered on 01st Nov’2016.
As item was kurta and pant set, but i got only kurta in the packet. Therfore i called the customer care and filed complain about this.
They had enquired and communicated that from their side complete item was despatched and not taking up the case.
And saying that they have the video footage that complete set was packed.
May please look into the case and take appropriate action.
