I just ordered new shoes from jabong.com for office use. But due to fitting and type of material used in product I changed my mind and raise return request. Courier agent came and told that we will not do return because shoes are used… I told that I wear it once in my office just to check the comfortability and looks… but he denies and left without giving ny suggestions… I want to ask jabong I know ur policy is not to refund if product is used but I used it once not several times… also shoe are in well brand new conditions… i want my refund ASAP… kindly look into this matter please
