Order No :160731551139037 dated 31st July on Jabong.com with prepaid online payment.

The above order was expected to get delivered by 10th Aug (still Jabong.com shows this date on their tracking order option ). But I did not get my product till today( going to be 24th day since order date )

Above all these ,there has been complete ignorance by Jabong team to come forward and tell the reality about this .

Ironically Jabong.com claim themselves to be customer oriented company
But my constant attempt to call their customer care no at 0124-6128000 (mentioned everywhere) went into vein everytime . Automated messages keeps on going ,unless you disconnect the line .
If some one tries to contact via email ( though they have escalations mail also ) but none of them have the professionalism to reply . There has been around 4 mails from my side asking about the update for my order on below mentioned email id’s but no responses at all.

Moreover even there has been no sms sent at all regarding anything about the product delivery

This is really pathetic.
