A wrong product was delivered to me with a terribly wrong size without tags. and now Jabong.com people are not accepting the return of the product because there is no tag. i have made several complain complains both verbally and through mail. but they have not recorded the issue properly and keep on stating that the tag problem was not mentioned before. i have been a customer of Jabong for the past 4 years, i never thought such problem will ever rise. i trusted the company.
please make sure such thing never happens, i am not at fault here. such vendors who provide wrong product should be blacklisted. Please help
