HI Sir,
I Sumita Bhattacharya would like to lodge a official complaint against Jabong. I have received a message on my phone that two items delivered to me. However I have never received those. I asked them for a proof of delivery or any other evidence that shows it is received by me but they are unable to provide. After repeated calling and emails they are unable to track their own logistics. This clearly indicates their wrong intentions. Please resolve this soon. Poor customer is penalized for nothing.
