Dear Sir,
I am the user of SBI Credit Cards, As I received gift voucher worth of 3000 Rs. Jabong voucher from them for reversal of membership Charges.

I used the same voucher in the JABONG Online on 1st August’ 2016 for 3162/- transaction. For 3000/- I used the voucher code which is given by SBI Credit Cards,and the code also successfully applid for 3000/-,for remaining 162/- I used my HDFC Credit Card. But they deducted 3000/- voucher amount as well as 3162/- from my Credit Card.that means they deducted 6162/- and the same has been I mailed them, after 4 days they replaid me only 162/- is deducted from Credit Card, they asked if I have any screen shot, and the same I sent the screen shot to them from august 5th onwards, but no one can answer my question till now.I dailed their Customer Care no nearly 100 times but no one picked up the call, that is only for the display purpose. They cheated me that’s all, and more over still I am not received one product from them, but they mentioned status as delivered in their website.

They are not replaying me through mail as well as phone, please check and do the needful
