Jabong – Non-refundment of money

Dear Sir,

I had ordered a pair of shoes at Jabong online shopping site but due to delay in the delivery I cancelled the order and asked for refundment of the money. I called Jabong Customer Care many times but all efforts were futile. It has been almost a month now and I haven’t received my money back. Every time I call Jabong Customer Care they have the same reply that the concerned department will call you within 24 hours. Sometimes call comes back and sometimes not.

Everytime the concerned department says that we are looking into the issue. It is under process.At last they have left no other option for me but to complain in consumer court.

I hope the concerned authorities will look into this matter and take immediate action. I shall be highly obliged.
