I have ordered a pair of shoes from jabong for which i had already paid ORDER ID 161014083704223 it been more then 10 days yet I was waiting for an item when i was trying to track the order I was completely shocked to show that the tracking status was changed to Customer refused to accept even i was not contacted once or no one came to the delivery address today in the morning I received a text message from the delivery company that your order has been canceled and no refund from jabong side even tried to email them 4-5 times but every time they reply the same we apologize for inconvenience caused but never received my product or the reason behind the problem.
