I had ordered a product on Jabong.com on 8th August 2016. Then I cancelled that order on 10th August 2016. The cancellation was confirmed and I was promised that they would initiate the refund within 24 hours on 10th August. Then I called them on 16th and they told me that they didn’t initiate it, there was some mistake. Then promised to initiate within 4 days and they still didn’t do it. Kindly help me get a refund. The amount is rs.615 and the order number is 160808677373771.
