This is regarding the samd order no 18012851174981 BOUGHT A GUESS W032411 ANALOG WATCH ON 25TH JANUARY, WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 31ST JAN 2018, IT WAS USED AND DEFECTED WATCH. SO THE SAME DAY ON 31ST JAN 2018 I REQUESTED A RETURN OR REFUND WITH RETURN ID 56104832, WHICH WAS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED WITH A REMARK THAT “I CHOSE TO KEEP THE PRODUCT” BUT THAT ISN’T WHAT HAPPENED, NO ONE CAME TO THE GIVEN ADDRESS TO PICK UP THE ORDER OR CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE PICK UP, AFTER THAT I REQUESTED 2 MORE PICK UPS, SO AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON FACEBOOK, MAILS,CHATS OR PHONE.SOMEONE CAME FROM JABONG OR YOUR LOGISTIC TEAM ON 7TH OF FEB AROUND 1PM, THE LOGISTIC TEAM GUY DIDN’T GIVE ME ANY SLIP OR ANYTHING HE SAID THAT AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS RAISED BY YOU THIS IS A EMERGENCY PICK UP DONE BY THE TEAM, BUT I DO HAVE THE NUMBER OF THAT GUY (SUNIL SAHU – 8447100167). SO WHAT AFTER THE PICK UP AFTER SOME HOURS THE REQUEST GETS CLOSED FROM HERE AND I GET A MAIL FROM JABONG SAYING THAT “OUR LOGISTIC TEAM JUST TOLD US AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS THAT I CHOSE TO KEEP THE PRODUCT” THE PRODUCT IS ALSO GONE AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND. THE COMPANY SAYS THE PRODUCT DIDNT COME TO US, WHAT DO YOU THINK A CONSUMER SHOULD DO IN SUCHA SITUATION, I NEED MY MONEY BACK OTHER I WILL BE GOING TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES BECAUSE I KNOW I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CONSUMER BUT I AM NEVER SHOPPING FROM JABONG AGAIN. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND YEAH MY REGISTERED NUMBER 9999607186 IS NO LONGER IN USE, I GAVE THEM THE ALTERNATE NUMBER TOO WHICH IS 9999901191.I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THIS TO HIGHER LEVEL AND RESOLVE THIS ASAP.
