My husband ordered a product in Jabong in 7th sept 2016 and received the same on 14th sept 2016. I didn’t liked the product so raised the return request on 25th sept 2016. From that day to dec 2016 I continuously calling Jabong and asking them to pick up the product but every time they used to give me some reason that we tried to call u on ur registered no. But it was switched off though I clearly mentioned them that, that no is not working now so pls call me on my alternate no. But they never came to pick up my product. And later in they said it’s too much delay so we can’t pick up ur product now.
Pls solve it asap.
